Lars Hennecke

Lars Hennecke is Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer at BRUSH Group, where he leads strategic business development and growth and innovation initiatives. He supports the continuous development of BRUSH’s sustainability strategy and ambitions. 

Lars joined BRUSH Group in 2021 as a member of the Executive Team. He brings extensive national and international experience across the power generation, oil & gas, renewable energy and energy management sectors, having previously held senior leadership positions at GE and Schneider Electric and advised businesses undergoing strategic development and transformation. 

With a particular passion for sustainable innovation, Lars works at the intersection of technology, industrial strategy and the energy transition. He focuses on turning innovation into practical solutions that support customers, strengthen supply chains and accelerate the electrification of industry. 

Lars holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree from Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, and is based in Vicenza, Italy.
